I am a southern girl, married to a country boy, raising 3 mini me's, and I'm fighting Ulcerative Colitis with everything I have in me....

In my late twenties, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitits. It has taken me on one of the scariest journeys of my life, but it has led me to some of the most beautiful places of peace, comfort, and strength I could have never imagined on my own.
My hope is to give hope to others.
I have the strongest desire to use what I have learned on my journey to reach out and help someone else who may be experiencing some of the same things I have experienced, and to help them know they are not alone.
I think life is all about being a faithful servant of God and a good steward of what He has given us. My passion lies is feeding and caring for my mind, body and soul so that I am able to feel my best and achieve great things.
